My name is Estela Perfetti, and my love for food is truly one of a kind. Growing up in the restaurant business, I was immersed in a world where taste, presentation, and perfection were paramount. My father, a true culinary artist, instilled in me a keen eye for presentation and an unwavering appreciation for how a dish should taste. I was fortunate to be part of that world until we closed our doors in 2020 due to the pandemic.
